Digital Products: Digital goods are not refundable, non-replacement, and non-exchangeable products.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded the product, still it is exposed to your account, so it will NOT be refund or exchange. Please make sure before purchase, you have selected the correct region/country products.
If you have an issue with redeeming the PIN into your account, we are happy to help you out, please write an email to info@nagaexport.com with proof of purchase, the screenshot of the error etc.
